West Bend Co-Work Member Code of Conduct

At West Bend Co-Work, we’re more than just a shared workspace — we’re a community of professionals who value respect, collaboration, and productivity. By becoming a member, you agree to the following standards:

1. Respect for People

Treat all members, staff, and guests with kindness, professionalism, and inclusivity.

Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Use shared spaces with mindfulness and consideration for others.

2. Respect for the Space

Leave the meeting room, common area, and your desk clean and tidy after use.

Handle all West Bend property, furniture, and technology with care.

Report any damages or issues to staff as soon as possible.

3. Noise & Distractions

Noise levels must be kept at a respectful level, and phone calls should be taken in designated quiet or call-friendly areas if available.

Use headphones when listening to audio.

Maintain a professional atmosphere, especially during business hours.

4. Guests & Visitors

Members may only bring guests if renting out the board room.  Guests must be signed in and accompanied by the member at all times.

Guests must adhere to this Code of Conduct.

Please limit guest visits to occasional meetings or tours, unless prior approval is given.

5. Security & Privacy

Do not share door codes, access keys, or Wi-Fi credentials with non-members.

Respect the privacy and property of other members — do not view, use, or photograph others’ materials or screens.

Lock your personal devices and belongings when not in use.

6. Cleanliness & Sustainability

Dispose of garbage and recycling in appropriate bins.

Wash your dishes and keep shared kitchen spaces clean.

Be mindful of energy usage — turn off lights or devices when not needed.

7. Use of Facilities

Book meeting rooms in advance; respect booking times.

Shared resources (appliances) are for member use only — treat them with care.

Keep communal supplies (such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent) stocked by notifying staff if items are running low.

8. Payments & Membership

Payments not received will result in a temporary suspension of access after 10–14 days of non-payment, reinstated upon full payment.

Membership may be revoked for repeated or severe violations of this Code.

Membership Cancellation Clause:  If payment isn’t received within 30 days, the membership may be automatically terminated.  Reactivation will require repayment of outstanding balance and a $50 reactivation fee.

9. Conflict Resolution

If an issue arises with another member, we encourage respectful direct communication.

For ongoing concerns, please bring them to West Bend staff for mediation or resolution.

We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for all.
