We offer a simple monthly membership for $150/month, billed on the 1st of each month. This includes access to our coworking space during all operating hours (5:30 AM – 10:00 PM), use of shared desks, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to our SpaceSpring platform for booking private rooms and office spaces. There are no long-term commitments—just flexible, local workspace when you need it.

Question 2:What are your hours of operation?

West Bend Coworking Space is open daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends. Your membership gives you full access during these hours, so you can work when it suits your schedule.

Question 3: Do you offer meeting rooms?

Yes, we do. Members can book private rooms for meetings, calls, or focused work through our SpaceSpring booking platform. Options include hourly, half-day, and full-day bookings. We also offer full office and boardroom rentals for larger meetings or team sessions. All bookings are subject to availability and require an active membership.

Your membership includes access to shared desks, high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated power outlets at each workstation, and use of our communal kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. You’ll also have access to our SpaceSpring platform to book private rooms or full office space as needed. Weekly cleaning is included to keep the space tidy and welcoming.

Yes, members are welcome to bring guests or clients for meetings, but all visits must be pre-booked through the SpaceSpring platform using a private room or boardroom. For the comfort of all members, guests are not permitted in the open shared desk area. Please ensure all guests are respectful of the space and adhere to our community guidelines.

Question 7:Can I host events or workshops at West Bend?

Yes, you can! West Bend offers the option to rent the full office space for events or workshops, typically available between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. This is ideal for community gatherings, networking events, or private workshops. Event bookings are open to both members and non-members and include a cleaning fee. Availability is limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

Question 8: Is parking available?

Yes—parking is easy and convenient at West Bend Coworking Space:

Free street parking on Dundas Street West from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM—perfect for appointments or drop-ins.

Side street parking is also available and typically unrestricted outside peak hours.

No paid parking lots are required—simply arrive and park within walking distance of the space.

Question 9: How do I sign up or schedule a tour?

Click our “Book a Tour” button to get started. Just fill out the short form with your name, email, and preferred date/time. A member of our team will follow up to confirm your tour and provide more details about the space.

During your visit, you’ll get a full walkthrough and have the option to activate your membership on the spot. If you're ready to join, membership can begin right away.
